Two Editions of SYNDi Loan Manager

 1. SYNDi Professional

SYNDi Professional is the simplest implementation of SYNDi. Just set up a loan, fund it and enter monthly payments from borrowers until the loan is paid off. Generate reports and track missed payments and returned checks. You can also use SYNDi Professional if you are a borrower tracking multiple loans.

You can set up General Ledger accounts and post transactions to them. SYNDi Professional may be used as a stand-alone application or integrated with Accpac ERP or Simply Accounting. You may also link mortgage loans to real-estate properties and calculate Loan-To-Value Ratios. If you are a lender tracking your investments, you will need SYNDi Professional.

 2. SYNDi Premium

 SYNDi Premium contains all features offered by SYNDi Professional in addition to the provision of multiple lender and syndicated mortgage loans. You may set up loans funded by multiple investors, collect installment from borrowers and distribute them to investors. It is the full-blown version of SYNDi packed with features necessary to manage full loan processing cycle. If you are a broker with multiple borrowers and lenders you will need SYNDi Premium.
