This  file is then transferred in your CRM system in regular time intervals and the collected data is assigned to the appropriate contact fields. In addition, the email content or their attachments can be stored as a note, document or history in the CRM system.  Based on your preferences, the acquired emails from your mailbox are either deleted or saved in a special directory.
