From Intake to Discharge, all details of a patient contact are managed including patient demographics, medical information, medications and allergies, insurance and authorizations, progress notes, treatment plans, appointment records, and much more.

 

The compliance module supports state regulatory requirements including an internal messaging and alert system. A supervisory workflow system with electronic signatures combines with a full audit record to ensure accuracy.

 

Hundreds of on-line reports are included with the system along with an Executive Dashboard to identify performance targets and graphically view multiple chart types for instant analysis.

 

Document Management, eForms, and signature capture capabilities enable the agency to become truly paperless for significant savings and staff efficiency. A scheduling system for patients, staff, and rooms is included in the system with multiple views.

 

Claims and billing are handled in the BillingTracker module which captures appointment information from ClinicTracker without having to re-enter data. BillingTracker supports multiple fee schedules, paper and electronic claims, and submission to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers. Full reporting for claims, and receivables, and insurers is included. BillingTracker can be run as a stand-alone module or integrated to Sage MIP Fund Accounting.
